Caro Alberts

Food Stylist · Culinary Producer · Chef — Cape Town

Bringing food stories to life.

Introduction

Beautiful, approachable food for television, advertising and editorial.

I am a South African food stylist, culinary producer, recipe developer and chef. Blending technical culinary expertise with a refined creative eye, I create food that reads beautifully on camera and still works on a plate — for advertising campaigns, television, editorial publications and leading food brands.

02

Culinary Production

The whole kitchen side of a shoot, handled.

03

Recipe Development

Recipes written to be cooked, not just photographed.

04

Television & On-Screen

Presenting, and food styling for broadcast.

05

Private Dining

Intimate menus, cooked in your space.

Koskaskenades

A culinary lifestyle series in which I am set loose in the kitchens of everyday South Africans, catering for their special occasions — cooking with whatever I can find in their cupboards, fridges and freezers, plus whatever is packed in my toolbox. Every episode has a DIY segment too.
